Recently my song-writing has gone stale. All the recent posts are at least 2 months old, I just didn't post them at the time. Writing songs isn't as simple as it sounds. Sometimes I spend weeks or even months trying to write a song on a specific subject, and when I try too hard, they never turn out any good. But there are times when I can write a song in just 10 minutes, almost as if the song just floats by and I happen to catch it in my thoughts.
